pross: core i5 4570
ram 12 gb 1600 bus ( 1* 4gb and 1*8gb)
gpu: gtx msi 970 4gb.
HDD: 4 ( 1*320gb+1*500gb+1*1TB+1*2TB)
1 dvd whitter.
5 stock fan.

620w is a safe place to be. You can get away with a 550w. I would like to recommend a Seasonic MKII 620w.

No, HDD's aren't gonna draw much current (about 10w each) a custom water cooling loop, extra graphics cards and overclocking are the things which pull considerable power.
