I bought a Zoostorm computer last year for the sake of having one, but now that I have gone from playing small games up to more demanding ones such as Ark Survival Evolved and even CSGO doesn't run smooth at times. So I'm looking to upgrade it. I am hoping to be able to run these game on a solid average of 40fps and above whilst running the games on medium to epic graphic settings

The current specs for the computer are:
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz (Appears to be a quad core)
RAM - 16GB
HDD - 2TB

I need a graphics card and would like to know if this computer will allow me to integrate a GTX 970 into it. Or if the case is big enough for a graphics card. the model is this one: http://www.zoostorm.com/home-products/zoostorm-evolve-desktop-pc-matt-black-i5-16gb-2tb-windows-10-home/

Also is my current CPU good enough for these games? or should I upgrade it and if i do so, will this computer be able to have a CPU upgrade?

CPU is fine. Adding a graphics card would require a new power supply most likely and if it will fit physically length wise.
