I'm Guessing that a 40mm headset doesn't go into a 3.5mm jack

40mm is the size of the driver.
It probably does have a 3.5mm jack.

Seeing as its a gaming headset/mic then yes it will have a 3.5mm jack.

It even says 40mm drivers and 3.5mm jack. Yes a 3.5mm jack will fit in 3.5mm jack.
