Question I'm having 1-5 fps on my gaming laptop

[Please fix my fps]

I have tried Nvidia 3D Options, Battery mode on high performance, BIOS update but i can't figure it out. I managed to fix it before i reinstalled windows and had normal fps

It's using the iGPU in the CPU. You need to enable the GPU.

How do I enable the dedicated GPU? I already changed it in the Nvidia 3D-Otions.
