Im having a big problem with skyrim... please help?

Hello,
Im having a pretty big problem with skyrim. My problem is that i was infected by a vampire and now i am a vampire, so i used the console command line "setstage 000eafd5 10" and i am still a vampire. Thats not the only problem...
When i enter a town the civilians yell out "vampire" and start attacking me, but the weird thing is... the guards dont attack me at all, instead they attack the civilians who are attacking me instead. Wtf? Iv tried using the console "setstage 000eafd5 10" multiple times and it didnt work. I have even used another console to make me into a vampire and then used the console "setstage 000eafd5 10" to get rid of it, but still nothing.
This is the second time i have been infected. The first time i was infected i used the console command to get rid of the disease and i had no problems. Can somebody please give me some advise? I have no backup saves, which is really annoying because i usually create backups for all my games every week or so, but because i enjoyed playing skyrim so much i forgot to create backups...

Any advise or a fix will be appreciated

Have you tried to get rid of in using the quest route? First feed to make NPCs not hostile then go to any inn and ask about rumours to start the quest.

Sorry i dont quite 100% understand. Are you saying to use a console command line to stop the npc's from being hostile towards me and then continue the main quest that cures my vampirism?

edit: Ok so i fixed it by re-doing the quest where Falion does the ritual to cure the disease. For some reason the quest did not glitch out this time and it actually worked, which is why i used the console setstage 000eafd5 10 the first time i was infected.

If you don't want to get infected again, just join the Companion at Whiterun and become a werewolf and you'll be immune to vampire disease.

Curing vampire disease is part of a quest, the one you finally figured out on your own. Just the way simon12 suggested, you needed to ask around pubs for any rumors. You'd get a quest in one of the answers to meet that character who performs the ritual to finally cure the disease.
