Im having a couple issues with my new build.

first my cpu is running at really high temps 35c idle which is fine, but 85c when gaming.........
i have reapplied the thermal paste twice.

second. the 2 200mm fans that came with my case don't work. they light up with the led but they do not start.
i feel like i might have a power issue.

should i buy some different fans and see if they work?
