So yeah, just like the title says, when I push my CPU past 4.2 ghz as it launches windows it bluescreens. For Specs I have a i7-4930k, a Gigabyte x79 UP4 motherboard, 16 gigs of ram, and 1000 watt PSU. The CPU is cooled with a gen 2 corsair H60. I've tried tinkering around with a bit of the voltages, but nothing has been able to fix this issue. I don't know if this is just the furthest it will go, I rather hope it's not, hoping to get some insight into this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Assuming that you're familiar with manual overclocking, the only way to ensure stability is to increase voltage (VCORE). When you say that you've been tinkering around with the voltages, what exactly have you been doing?

Tinkering with CPU voltage when it comes to overclocking and not knowing the answers to your own questions is Bad!

Google and Study, an overclocking guide for your specific CPU, learn what you are doing first, and then do it, and you will be able to answer your own questions. :)
