I'm having crossfire issues

I have 2 R9 270s Crossfired and I'm not getting any performance boost. Could someone please help me with this issue.

My Computer Specs:

2 R9 270s Crossfired
AMD FX 4300 @ 4.32ghz OC
Rosewill 750w PSU
ASUS m5a99fx pro r2.0

Well Battlefield 4 is having some issues. Getting lower frames then I do with just 1 card on. As well as Counter Strike: Global Offensive. Just every game in general.
