Question Im having performance issues with games on high settings.

My build is:
Windows 10
Intel Core i7 7700K @ 3.60GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200MHz
ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING Motherboard
GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8G Graphics Card

I keep having random frame drops in many games and stuttering but high fps. I have done everything I can from setting my power settings to high performance, changing values in the registry, updating all drives, testing my CPU for any issues, testing my ram, testing my graphics card. I can set my graphics on the lowest and ill still Sutter. My temperatures while running games are below from both CPU And GPU 60 C. I have switch my graphics card to a brand new 1660 Super and get the same effect. help, please...

Yeah I'm on the latest update 1401 for bios

I had faced this issue too. Do custom settings in High power gaming mode. This will help you.
second do custom settings in your gaming section too. increase frame rate & power of your game in settings

I have done this and I still have stuttering and random frame drops.
