they messaged me telling me ''We were unable to process the payment for your order. If you are seeing authorizations on your account they will fall off your account within the next few days, depending on your financial institution. The order was automatically canceled and cannot be reinstated. We have also suspended your Jet.com account until we can speak with you to correct the billing issue.

Please give us a call at (855) 538-2078 so we can verify the billing information. This process only takes a few minutes and we look forward to having you shop on Jet.com again.''

am i gonna get a refund?

Pretty sure you should do what they say lol. Call them verify your billing info problem solved.
Why don't you contact them and see? I don't see how we can help or know what they want to talk to you about.
