I installed the drivers for my GTX 780 with GeForce Experience, which downloads the latest driver for it, and the resolution says that its 1920x1080 but everything is really big like if the resolution was low. So when I go into device manager and disable the video card everything looks normal like if I installed the driver correctly and everything works fine, and in resolution settings the resolution option is grayed out......but once I enable the driver again everything goes back to looking big and saying that its in 1920x1080 in resolution settings

Try to put your graphic card out and again in.
Before that uninstall everything that is related for your graphic card.
When you put it back in your motherboard, check the HDMI/VGA cable, install driver for your card, maybe try version lower.

Something like that happend to me with my GTX 650
So good luck trying it :)
