im having the same problem as the person above where 1 laptop will not connect to internet but others are fine

Need more info...

1. Are you using LAN or WLAN?

2. If WLAN, is the laptop connected to the network with "Limited Connectivity" or connected with "No internet"?

3. If LAN, have you checked the RJ-45 port on the laptop to see if you have connectivity and data transfer LED illuminate/blinking?

4. Are you behind a router, or switch, or both?

5. Is your laptop the same model as the other? If not, check to make sure it's compatible with whatever wifi security settings and standard you are using.

6. Update the wifi card driver from the vendor.
