I'm having trouble with 100% disk space when I download things and open and close application on windows 10. I don't know much about computers but I've carried a ssd from my old computer to as new build so I think its a software problem. I'm on windows 10 and this seems to slow down my computer.

Solution
If I were to do this would the option to reinstall in windows recovery settings be sufficient?
Full clean install.

Solution
What is the nature of your trouble?
What is the size of your ssd?
These days, 120gb is too small.
Many things default to the C drive.
When that drive approaches 90%full, it will slow down and lose endurance.
This is particularly true on older less capable ssd devices.
A drive with little unused space will need to rearrange data on the drive to make room for new data.
That takes extra I/O operations.

100% sounds like the disk is full. How much free space do you believe it has?

Can you link us to a screenshot of your diskmanagement window. (run diskmgmt.msc)
Also, if you have room, can get a link to a WinDirStat or Treesize screenshot? (run as admin) This will help identify what is taking up so much space
