im having trouble with my internet

i have 10 mb of internet and in my desktop i only receive 2.50mb but on the laptop i receibe 19.7 mb, the diference is that the laptop is wi-fi and the desktop is connect by cable, i already chech the drivers and updated them, it could be the cable? thanks for your help

check the cable and see if your network card is set to full speed or auto .
