Im helpless... this lag.

Hey,

I lagg while having 110 fps, it feels stuttery delayed and stupid.
I first had a 1060 3gb, than thought it was my GPU so i bought a 1070 TI.
Yet, i still have this lagg.

What can this be? Maybe my motherboard or something?

My specs:
1070 TI (which i probably will refund)
1060 3GB
Seasonic 520W Bronze PSU
120 GB SSD
I7 7700
Hyper 212 LED Cooler
16GB Ram, BallistiX

Lag is internet based not hardware. Are you playing an online game? If so try something offline and see if the trouble remians

I am talking about FPS, not ping or internet lagg...
