Question im i bottlenecked

hey guys im really confused my rtx 2060 seems to be bottlenecked i cant tell if its my 2600x or my ram is 3000mhz ram 16gb kit is bottlenecking it?
im thinking of upgrading my ram and dont wanna spend money on something if i need to change the kit.

fps during games:
warzone- struggles to even get 60
apex - 80-110
minecraft-120 130

i play apex on 1798x1080 on low settings warzone 1920x1080 low
minecraft on 1920x1080 on fast graphic settings

Enable XMP/DOCP in bios. You lose performance running ram at base speed.

Other than that, the 2600x does hold you back in cpu demanding games as it has low IPC.

ive enabled it but it doesnt seem to work the speed doesnt change it says base speed

Are you certain you applied the changes? You can always OC the RAM manually, plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it for a specific motherboard.

yea im certain i even just went and checked it says xmp profile 1 and 3000mhz next to it also 2133mhz beside it too

Is the RAM in slots A2 & B2 of the motherboard?

You may try to clock the ram at 2933 and see if that works since it's close to 3000. Perhaps the board needs a bios update. A friend of mine bought an Asus board yesterday and is returning it because it kept setting his Corsair Dominator 3466 ram to 2133 when it rebooted.

Check your motherboard's manual. You should be able to find it online if you don't have the paper one. But it should tell what slots to use for dual channel. You want to make sure the ram is in the proper slots per the manual.

You could try that, but the motherboard manual should tell you where to install them.
