nvidia geforce gts250 512 mb
500 gb
3 gb ram ddr3
stock coolers
500 w power
windows 7
...
and i want to upgrade
*the cooler to: coolermaster v8

The Coolermaster Hyper 212+ is one of the favourite coolers mentioned on these forums so that may be worth you having a look at as well. The case you pointed to looks nice too but I have also heard is the CM 690II Mid Tower case getting some good reviews. I'll post the link below. Just a few options for you to have a look at it. Hope this helps!

The intel stock heatsink is pretty silent enough.. There is not much difference between the hyper 212+ and the V8 in terms of cooling and/or noise.. But the V8 is tall enough to cause problems fitting inside a cosmos.. Its also on the heavier side.. It just looks awesome which is why i think you are emphasizing on getting that (sorry in case i sounded offensive).. All your decision now.. For a case you can gel the antec 902 which has clear side panels but will be audible enough.. For silent cooling you can check out the CM storm sniper black edition with clear side panel..

thanks a lot about your time but i thought of the cm v8 from asking others in the net and they said that v8 is good for i7 and for overclocking .
while i am not the expert i am thinkin of all the recommended coolers
