im lagging in battlefield 4

im getting crazy lag in bf4 it was doing fine a few days ago and now its unplayable i even tried playing on low
my specs are
amd fx 8320
radeon 7770 ultra oc edition
8gb 2x4
800watt psu
and a 1 tb hdd

may be a matter of cores parking

1. Open regedit.exe
2. Go to Edit >> Find
3. Select "Look At" -> Keys (deselect Values and Data for faster search)
4. Search for 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583
5. Change ValueMax from 64 to 0.
6. Shut down your computer and do a cold start

Download HWmonitor. When gaming is your graphics card or CPU core going over 90*c?

Does the game run fine for a while on a cold boot then suddenly start lagging?

Is it all games that are having performances issues or just BF4? As Lavin stated, if anything is overheating they will get throttled and you'll get an FPS hit.

It is only bf4 my other games run perfectly.
