Just kidding but you'll have a really hard time finding a single game that'll run at 50fps with a 200 dollar pc. At 400 dollars it might be possible.

Used Core i5 business tower with a 300 watt power supply paired with a used nVidia 750 Ti video card, maybe near $200 if you look around and can get to decent frames in many new games if you go with medium or lower settings.

For a new system, $200 will get you a video card and maybe a power supply for decent gaming.
