So I've been looking at three computers that I think will do the job, and I'm not sure if they are a) worth the cost, and b) which one of them is the better value. I know I could probably save some money by making it myself, I'm not sure how much I could actually shave off though.
The three I'm deciding between are:

and
www.scorptec.com.au
and

I'm leaning more to the third one for the better Graphics card, l'm just not sure if the better graphics card is more important, or DDR5 RAM and a better processor.
Also, neither computer has liquid cooling, do you think that's a necessity in one of these, I'm not intending to overclock or anything, I'll basically just be running it as is. If I did think of adding one in at some point, would I need to also upgrade the PSU?
The monitor I'm using is an Asus PG279Q.
