Im looking for a gaming monitor,budget[300-350$]

Hello guys i want to buy myself a new gaming monitor ,i dont really know a lot of stuff about monitors i know that there are different tp and ips and i understand that tp is more overall for more speed and performance and ips is for the view.And that there are 60 and 120 fps monitors ,i have gigabyte gtx 760 2gb so i dont know if i will be able to hit the 120 fps caps at newer games.Currently i have stopped upon asus vg248qe .And again i mostly play mmos or mobas like lol and wow,so im not sure i will need the tp,what do you guys think ?
