I'm looking for a good cooler

As in title i need fairly good Cooler on 775 socket to about 40$
My board : Intel DG31PR
My CPU: Intel q6600
Power supply: Corsair Vs550W

Hard to recommend a $40 cooler for a PC that may only be worth $40 in total. You could pick up something like a Core2Quad Q9550 for half that and it would be both faster and produce a lot less heat, making the cooler you have right now run quieter.

I tried looking up max cpu height for your case, but it's not in English. Can you google your case and see if you can understand it? Then i'll get you the appropriate cooler.
