Im looking for a low budget PC

Im trying to find a good PC that will run mainly games such as Minecraft, the forest, and happy wheels. I want it to be off of amazon and include windows 8 or windows 8.1. I have a budget of around 700-800 dollars and I plan on running two 1080p monitors off of this, but both of the monitors accept only DVI and HDMI. It is fine if i have to run the games scaled down to 720p but 1080 is preferred. I hope you guys can help me with this. I don`t want to build a computer but if it means better performance than so be it!

Desktop or Laptop?

Laptop, prolly not going to meet those specs.
