http://tinyurl.com/yjgaywo

so i need a 230 -250 processer that works 100% and will fit in my rig and one that is goood
. or maybe give me suggestions on what i should do to make my pc stonger

Solution
Sorry- forgot to answer the hybrid crossfire question- its crossfiring the integrated graphics with whatever graphics card is added, and is really not worth doing in general.
As far as needing all 6 GB RAM and stuff, sure it's be nice, but when you can't find the hardware, you can't find the hardware. I would suggest you look around a bit more on various sites, and even do the Newegg "notify me when back in stock" thing or whatever, but I can't spend tons of time trying to find a motherboard, sorry.

If you don't want to change your motherboard as well then a Core2Quad looks to be your best bet. Here is the list of supported CPUs for your motherboard:

See what you can get on newegg.com for your budget.

You will want a Core2Quad since thats the best you can do without a full Mobo upgrade, however, you could even do a Mobo upgrade AND get a new CPU for $250 if you went for an AMD Phenom II x4 955 for ~$160 with a good AMD 785G (or even a 790GX with a decent deal) for ~$90.

You can get an AM2+ motherboard that is compatible with the 955 and stick with your DDR2 RAM, OR you can get an AM3 board and get DDR3 as well, which will cost you much more.
You could go with intel and get an i5 or i7, but then you will end up spending MUCH more on both the Motherboard and the CPU and will be way over your $250 price range. I suggested the AMD since you could get both CPU and Mobo within your limit of $250.

You can get an AM2+ 790GX for about $95ish and that will do Crossfire and the 955 and will end up costing you about $255 (depending on the deals you find, etc. could be more or less).

Edit:
at $350, you are closer to the i5 750, WITHOUT new RAM (just CPU and Mobo), but you'd need DDR3, which will take you up another ~$80-100.
You can however, then move up to a Phenom II x4 965, and a nice 790GX or 790FX AM2+
Or you could stick with the 955, and get a 790GX AM3 board, and ddr3 memory.

im really think about going with intel. there are i5/i7 motherboards for 80 i have seen them on newegg. and i need ddr3 ram anyway how much better is a i5 than a premonii 965 and how much better is a i7 than both of them

Phenom II 965 vs I5 750

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/default.aspx?p=102&p2=109&c=1

I5 750 vs I7 950

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/default.aspx?p=109&p2=100&c=1

The I5 750 will perform slightly better then a Phenom II 965 and as for the performace difference between I5 and an I7 gaming is about the same the I7 will have a slight advantage over an I5 do to its triple channel ram and the ability to run Dual GPUs at 16x 16x. Now depending on you main uses the 3 processors I list all perform about the same in gaming so for a gaming rig on a budget the Phenom II 965BE is where its at. For heavily multithreaded apps then the I7 has the upper hand. For an all around great system The I5 750 is the way to go.

Where did it run out of stock? still looks like its in stock on Newegg when I pull it up.
On a quick look though, the only other option for a crossfire capable Micro-ATX board with DDR2 support is this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813153152
Its cheap, but its Jetway, which I can't recommend to you. They are not a high quality brand and are pretty cheap. If you can't get the DFI, I might suggest you go another direction, or give up crossfire capability.
