What MB did you have? If your MB does not have the regular RGB header ( +12/G/R/B), just use the small hub comes with the cooler. If your MB has that header, just plug the RGB cable into it.

That is the regular 4-pin fan connector to power the fan, your MB should have that one. Check the manual for more info.

The connector is more small that the regular 4 pin to motherboard

You can find it ( R cable) in the cooler package. One end ( the splitter ) will go to the fans, the other end (+12V/G/R/B) should go to the MB, if you don't use the wired RGB controller (P).

I can't see what exactly that cable looks like. If the cable ( from the fan) has the 4-pin end, you will need the 4 Pin Male to Male Adapter + the splitter cable.
