I'm looking for a "VGA switch"

I just installed kali linux and when I boot it up I get a black screen, upon searching for this question I was told to turn a "VGA switch" to auto in my BIOS, I looked in the BIOS but couldn't locate the switch, my motherboard is a H97I, can you help me please?

its a H97M-E thats all i could find sorry

Asus then.
Advanced> i think System Agent Configuration, look for option named Graphics Configuration>Primary Display (the manual for your board is not specific enough).
