Google "Robot Companions" as a starting point.

Read as you deem applicable and then revise the search criteria as necessary for your requirements.

Very likely that some websites will appear that are fraudulent and especially looking for vulnerable victims such as yourself.

Do not provide anyone with any personal information or money. No matter what.

Overall, I am not fully convinced that the current options are up to the tasks and personal care that are truly necessary.

Depending on where you live (not asking) there may be services available in whole or in part that can provide assistance to you.

Search accordingly but again be very aware that there are likewise many "assistance" scams that are looking for victims....

I will add that if you install "VoiceAttack" on a Windows PC, then you can program it to respond to voice commands. Not what you are asking, but it is an interface which has audio interaction, and can be used with other software. See:
https://voiceattack.com/Default.aspx

The basic version is free and easy to test. The paid version (which simply allows more commands) is only around $5. It's excellent for gamers, but it has many other uses, especially if you install alternate voices (default is the Windows voice, but that has options).
