[SOLVED] I'm looking for an internal USB adapter that doesn't [seem to] exist

The graphics card in my computer is in a position which is blocking the USB 3.1 type E front panel connector on my motherboard, meaning I can't connect the two USB C ports on the front of my case. I think a right angle male to female USB type E adapter would fit in the space and solve the problem but I can't find one anywhere on the whole internet. Anyone know where I might be able to source one of these from?

I found info about that adapter here:
Taichi X570 USB-C adapter cables available
-however I have no idea where to get it

That's exactly what I need. Thanks BogdanH. That's super helpful!

Looks like it might be hard to get a hold of as it doesn't look like a separate retail product but something that ASRock have made to remedy a problem with that X570 board. But at least it does actually exist!
