Question I'm looking for freeware utility that would translate foreign language when mouse is hovered over it ?

hi , i like to look at google maps on my desktop but sometimes there is foreign language, example here:

I would like to have a way to easily figure out what the foreign text means, like maybe by hovering the mouse over the foreign text in the map image and get an instant translation ?
You know of any software that can do that?

Oddly, only thing that comes to mind is software available on mobile devices.

Plenty of OCR translators out there, but I don't think any of them operate live, and they tend to require each language to be loaded in.

Maybe start searching for realtime OCR/Translate?

Mouse Tooltip Translator at top of first page might meet your needs, if not then look at the others.

Only took me five seconds to find with Google Search, you could have done that yourself, the knack is in knowing what to type in the search box.

i installed it and closed reopen chome but it does not work would you know why
