(http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/4xJjMp). I live in Canada, and I'm looking for a PC that is long lasting (future-proof), and is able to do some 1080p gaming (I don't care for 4K) at 60fps (ish). I would also like to be able to run MS Office (Schoolwork), and some content production ability (Youtube, Photoshop). I would also like to save a little more money than the build I have here ($1000 CDN or under) Please leave suggestions!

Here's a similar but cheaper build, you don't have much wiggle room. You don't need a K CPU and Z board if you're not going to OC, and you don't want to OC without an aftermarket CPU Cooler. You don't really need 4g for 1080p usually anyways.
This one also includes an OS, which you will need, and is under 1k.
