Question I'm looking for the drive specs for a Seagate external backup solution.

This device is connectable via USB. I'm looking for the specs that would provide the type of drive. Sata? RPM? Single drive?

Is it just a laptop drive?

External would be USB, and USB3 is what u want, rest of info, why ask us, go directly to Seagate.com.

Got no idea just using an SSD and convert to USB would probably be as good.
Like jsmithepa mentioned. Go to the manufacturers website and get all the info you need.
