Right now im using a Samsung Ace 3 which is really old and i want to trash it already. I'm selling my Ipad Mini 2 soon and i'll be getting a budget of $309 to buy a new phone. To be honest, i used to hate a lot on apple, always saying that you can get better phones for less price, saying that they are overpriced, restricted, specifications not that great, etc. But then i got this ipad mini which i never used out of my drawer and i loved it. IOS so organized, good looking and a pleacing smooth experience, i also love the features and the simplicity. Right now i can get one in my city for 309 dollars exactly, and i really want to buy it. The question is, am i doing right? i really can't think of other phone, today i compared a friends Iphone 5S with a Samsung Galaxy S5m and the Iphone was way faster and smoother. I just want opinions about what phone i should get with this budget, and if i'm doing right on going to the apple side. I would also appreciate if you give any arguments on why that option is better, thanks!

I feel right now is a bad time for buying a new phone. My contract has just run out, and honestly I can't find any phones available yet that I'm finding are even worthwhile for me to sign another contract.

I'm waiting a couple months to see if the new HTC phone will be worthwhile. There's a few new phones on the horizon, I say wait until they arrive to make your decisions.

Google and One Plus make great 'value' oriented phones keep an eye out for their new phones.
