So soon i will be getting the RX 480 and this is what i currently have http://prntscr.com/bz1xok and i also have the OEM-ATX-550W-E1 PSU. And i know that i will have bottleneck with the current processor. I will be getting a new one in a few months but for now all i need to know is the following
1. Can my PSU handle RX 480 and all my current stuff.
2. Will i need to change my mobo and can you possible recommend a good budget one.

Also im sorry if i misspelled some things. And thanks for helping me with this.

Solution
Your ram is kinda concerning. It's ddr3 but only running at 600mhz? That processor isn't too bad you just need to apply a overclock to it. Get a hyper 212 evo cooler for $25 and throw a overclock on that 6300 and it will get you by for a while longer. You need to address the ram though. Get you 8gb of 1600mhz or at the very least 1333mhz. I would buy a reputable brand psu like a evga g2 or corsair maybe even xfx or cooler master. Just make sure it's at the very least 80+ bronze certified. Overall I would address the ram and psu and that's it aside from applying a overclock to the processor.

For the ram I would get 2 4 gig sticks of maybe some crucial ballistix sport ram so you can run in dual channel and not single channel like you are now. Would be much better. Also your motherboard should be am3+ socket so you could upgrade if you wanted to, to a higher end and cpu I believe. But like I said the 6300 with a hefty overclock still isn't a terrible processor.

A fx 6300 shouldn't bottleneck a 480 that bad in most games, I dont think upgrading to something like an fx 8320 would be worth the money if you want to upgrade the cpu I would save up for an intel mobo and maybe an i5 or something. Your motherboard will support that gpu, however I would not overclock the cpu with that board. Do you only have 1 stick of 8gb for ram? That psu will probably power a 480 however I would not trust a low quality OEM psu like that in my system.

The FX would do pretty good with the RX 480 in most games. As usual the more CPU-dependant games will perform less compared to their stronger intel counterparts. But still perform good enough.

Your ram is a bit slow (669 mhz = 1333 mhz when counting the double data rate), so upgrading it to faster ram will help with performance. Your motherboard doesn't support higher speed ram however, so upgrading the motherboard would help. But if needed to upgrade motherboard and ram, you might consider upgrading to intel anyways, seeing the FX is not really worth upgrading, it is dead-end platform.

I can't say much about your PSU, since it is unbranded. I agree however, I wouldn't trust an unknown (and probably potentially hazardous) PSU in my system.

- FX 6300 will bottleneck the RX480. But it should still be enough for 1080p games on medium to high @ 60hz.
- Don't even think about 1333 RAM. And if you get DDR 1600, it needs to be LOW LATENCY, CAS 8 or better. I recommend DDR3 1866 CAS 8 or 9 as some newer games like Fallout 4 actually benefit from faster RAM.
- Hyper 212 EVO is a great cooler for the FX 6300. Got several builds to 4.5-4.6GHz with it and temps are still good.
- Some EVGA G2 PSUs aren't that great. Research it before you buy. Toms Hardware and Hardware Secrets are good reviewers.
- Before you try to overclock, make sure your motherboard is up to the task. You need a decent 970 board to OC an FX 6300. It needs to have a good VRM and cooling on the chipset and VRM alike. I recommend something like the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P. If you don't have a capable motherboard, you will need to keep the OC as close to stock voltage as possible.
- If you are considering an upgrade, wait for performance numbers on AMD ZEN. It will be out later this year and should compete well. This will drive prices down.

The 6300 can run many games on ultra not just medium to high. Running one with a 970 in it for awhile and it maxed out bf4/bf3/wow/overwatch etc with out any issues. It should have no problems holding you over until a zen upgrade or a intel upgrade.
