I'M lost (first-build)

Hi there, first time builder. Pc couldn't be there within 15 workdays but de parts could be there in a day.. So I starten building.

My problem, i Just presse the power button (dindn't work) then the restart beton, an the thing came alive (wrong wirring I guest). But... After some fans starten working nothing showen on the screen and nothing happend with my mouse. All the fans and Lights in the case did what the had to do, but nothing else.

*tried maching al the right cables and connectors again according to the manual.
*tried different monitor,
*tried this forum for previous Asked questions,
*Asked myself why I tried to built this in the first place.......

I'd love to hear some suggestions on where to look and what to try.

One question, my Psu stil had so many power cables left, all meant for extra Pci slotsom, do I need to connect those to something?

I7-6700K
Z170M-plus (Asus)
Hyper 212x (cooler Master)
G650m (cooler Master)
2x 8gn ddr4 Vengeance LPX 3200mhz (Corsair)
Ssd 520 (crucial)
1tb hdd ( seagate)
+plus artic gel, network card and a little hope....

Hi, Try removing all components but CPU, CPU cooler and one RAM module and post here a picture of the motherboard.
