I'm making my first custom gaming pc,i also want to use it for 2-3 years and then im planning on upgrading gpu how does look so far im so lost on deciding cpu i was first thinking about between 4970k and 7700k but i5-9600k seems to perfom better according to cpu.benchmark and its new
any suggestions help please :(

It's possible Nvidia, AMD and Intel may have all released new stuff by then. Ask again when you're going to purchase. The worst thing someone can do is pick out a build then build it months later when tech has changed

True but i've been saving for a while and dont have a good pc to game on rn also some of these parts are in sale on my country.Should i change anything else than gpu if i saved up couple of months ?

Yes i do have hd im planning on setting up system on new ssd and download couple games to play on it and restore other stuff on my old hd
