Im new to pc gaming I need help

Guys im new to the pc gaming community and i want to ditch my console to come over and play on pc however i dont know what im doing i want to build my computer for the fun and to gain experience and to later on switch and make adjustments, I wanted to know how much fps I would probably get in csgo and league of legends with this setup pls help.

I would still keep the console. Say 3 years from now a new demanding AAA games comes out and your PC will struggle with it you will still be able to play the game on the console and also consoles have exclusives.

Keep both, just add an SSD to that build and you are set.

That's insanely overkill for CSGO and LoL.
But if you hate saving money...
