I'm new to the thermo paste

i wanted to change the the thermo paste on CPU and North bridge...

-but is it okay to put thermo paste on this SB (look at the picture) ?

Why do you need to change the paste on the NB and SB? You shouldn't have to change anything on those two chipsets.

That is the south bridge in your picture. As said above why do you want to change the paste on the south bridge? It doesn't really get that hot, it just controls USB and some other IO stuff. Probably does not need to be changed.

guys don't scare me... i already did... is that going to cause problems ?

i changed the CPU fan, so paste was necessarily on CPU, then i looked at the NB there was an old paste, clean the chip and the sink and changed the past and SB there was no paste and put some, now what i did clearly is wrong, but is it going to harm my mobo ?

i'm waiting for my 16GB RAM 1866Mhz to arrive, still didn't test it after this modification.

If you already put paste on, don't worry about it. it's fine.
