Question I'm not certain if I have a large enough of a power supply

So, starting a week ago, my computers monitor goes black after 5 to 10 minutes, and all the fans kick on to full blast. So I decided to see if it's a temperature issue, and the CPU and mother board were at 25 and 27 degrees respectively when it kicked off again. Further, I can still hear audio when it black screens. (Maybe it's the GPU?) Any suggestions or diagnostic software is appreciated.

Anyhow, I use the Computer for Blender, Photoshop, digital synthesis, and The Witcher (all work and no play...):

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core, 12-Thread
Motherboard: ASUS TUF gaming x570-plus
Graphics Card: Nvidia RTX 2070 8gb
RAM: 32 GB (2x16GB) corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200
POWER: Corsair CX series CX550 ATX 2.4
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO
MONITOR: Dell Ultrasharp U2718Q 27-Inch 4K IPS Monitor

It is White, I'be had the computer since early November. I'll look into a new PSU, but in the mean time, is there a way to check If I've damaged my system?

You have enough power and your PSU is decent quality.
