Im not getting any picture from my display

Hi All,

Few days ago, my computer stopped outputting any images to my monitors. At first I thought it might be a video card issue so I replaced my video card, but that hasnt solved the problem at all. Can anyone help me? I'm completely stumped on what the problem might.

make sure you petted and fed your monitor...they get lonely too and wont work... have you tried your monitor on another pc or laptop. with new lcd/led if the back light fails...you still get the green on led but wont see anything on the screen unless you use a flash light. if it a power supply loses it 12v power the fans wont spin..they might twitch...same goes for the cd-rom and hard drive. if the fans spins and the cd-rom opens/closes the ps could have lost the 3.3 or 5v rail. cant tell unless you have a ps tester or a meter. if you do have one connect one end to a black wire..ground and read the voltage from the wires.
if a test power supply fails to post the pc...then looking at bad ram/mb/cpu.
