I'm not happy

Ok, so I tried every method I've seen to reset the bios or fix it, it doesn't work, I'm really unhappy right now, I updated the bios and now it won't work I'm using a ab350 pro 4 motherboard, a ryzen 3 2200 a nivida qaudro 2 8gb ram sticks and a 600w electrical box
