Im not sure about my new systems cooling

I just build my new computer here are all the specs:
AMD FX8350
GTX 660 SC
WD 1 tb hard drive
MSI 970 gaming mobo
Bitfenix Comrade case (badchoice)
4x Coarsair sp120 fans
Coarsair cx 750m (overkill but u got it for free)
Coarsair H75 cpu cooler

So, all i wanted to know is this build "stable" or is the cooling enough to keep it running without an overclock

It should all go together and work fine. The cooler will allow you to OC the CPU if you want.
