I want to buy a case and my mobo is ATX, not sure if it will be a tight fit.

Case:
Zalman Z1 NEO

Mobo:
GA-X58A-UD3R

The thing that is scaring the shit out of me is the Power Supply, I'm not sure if the mobo will be actually able to fit.

PSU:
IPPON PSU 700W 80+ Gold Modular PFC

Would I have any trouble with the mobo and PSU?

Solution
The Motherboard will fit, the case is a mid tower ATX case and the Motherboard is an ATX Case. They will fit. Im a bit worried about the power supply though. A quick search did not give me any official pages to their website or specs for the PSU and most likely its a low quality PSU. Some of the pictures that did come up were of huge box like Supplies which are not used for PCs. You should never cheap out on the power supply, It is the heart of your PC. It provides clean power to your components. And I Assume if you are going X58, you will be getting a cheap Xeon and overclocking it. You should consider a power supply like the Seasonic G Series 650 Watt. High Quality Components will keep your components fed with clean power.
