Hi everyone. I am planning on buying a bunch of new parts for my very old computer. The problem is that I am not sure if everything is compatible and would like someone to check it please. This is what I plan on buying:

Motherboard:
Foxconn H67M-S

RAM:
Transcend 4GB DDR3-1333 240 pin JetRam (1 stick of 4gb)

CPU:
Intel Sandybridge LGA1155 Pentium G645 2.9GHz Dual Core

Graphics Card:
MSI nVidia GeForce GT610 GDDR3 2GB 64-Bit
OR
MSI AMD Radeon HD 6450 2GB GDDR3 64-Bit
Pretty much the same, but wich one is better?

Drives:
I Already have a 80GB SATA 1 hard drive and a 1TB usb external, and I have a SATA 1 CD-Writer, so is the motherboard compatible with SATA 1?

What power Connectors would I need on my PSU.

Two last question: Can all PCI-e x16 slot (1,2,3) be used for any graphics card that requires a PCI-e x16 slot. Like can I put a PCI-e 2.1 x16 gpu into a PCI-e x16 slot. I have the same question about SATA 1,2 and 3. In other words is it backwards and forwards compatible.

Just one more: Can a sata 1 harddrive work on a sata 2 or 3 motherboard, and does a cpu need a memory controller for a specific speed of ram or is it for something else? Like if a cpu has a 1066mhz memory controller can the motherboard have 1333mhz ram?
