I got a new GTX 1050 about 4 months ago and a few days ago I put my PC in sleep mode before i went to bed and in the morning when i went to turn it back on nothing nothing would display on my screen. I turned off the PC and turned it back on and nothing would happen still. I would hate to think that i have a dead card already but im not sure.

- I got a new PSU a week ago so im positive its not that.
- I tried my old GT 630 in the PCI slot and it worked so there is nothing wrong with the slot. (i only have 1 slot btw)
- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but nothing.
- When i power on my PC the GPU fans power on like normal and after some time i can feel it getting a little warm on card like its working
- I have switched out my HDMI cables and tried to power it up using 2 different monitors but to no luck I still get no display.

Any ideas :/ at the moment i have to use my MOBO graphics

If you can get it to a computer store or friend, try it there. 1050 doesn't require additional power cables to run so there's little effort to slot it and see if it is a faulty card.

What driver version are you using?

Run ddu in safemode to uninstall drivers.
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then try driver 391.35
https://www.geforce.com/drivers

Enter the fields and you'll get a list of current and older drivers. Just in case theres something wrong with the driver you're using.

I will try the driver thing but, if i try my gpu i another system and it works.....what does that mean for me ??
