I have the money and I have a shell plus software and OS

Can you make some improvements to make it better and if possible cheaper I mean don't spend it just because you have it right mostly this will be for video/graphic rendering/ revit/ cad/ Adobe/ and gaming and it will be highly used I used my last computer everyday for 10+ hrs for about 5 years so I'm going to need this to be efficient/and long lasting

The 780ti is old and slow compared to the new GTX 980

If GPGPU computing is your thing, you might want to go with Titan Blacks instead of the regular gaming cards.

Personally, I'd go with two Titan X in SLI.
I like your use of the PCI-E HD -- its the way we all would like to go when the money is there.
And you will have to go to a larger power supply, 1200 at least.
Don't forget to do liquid cooling for the GPU's as well as the CPU.
