Yeah but those new prices are horrible, especially when you can pick up a second hand 580 for like $100 on a good day but second hand components don't bother me if it's a reputable seller.
It depends on what the OP wants but I'm always a bit hesitant of buying used GPU's, especially after the mining craze plus I like to have that warranty. If they could get the RX 580 for around $100 then that would work well as they could either save that money or put it somewhere else in the build like additional storage or quieter cooling.

Slow single channel ram on a Ryzen (n). Ryzen needs decently fast ram in dual channel to perform optimally, slow single channel ram will hamstring performance. As said above the 1650 super is faster than the 570 , also prices in europe are higher.

We need to know your location(country) as prices and availability vary based on location. It would also help to know if you need things like mouse, keyboard, monitor, os, etc included in that budget.

Hi,
Sorry for forgetting that, I live in Portugal, in the region of Gaia.
Everything is ready, the only thing that lasts is the PC.

Ok there’s a few problems
1st off you don’t need the extra cooler, Amd cpus come with a cooler
2nd off, dual channeling ram is more effective and a lot faster instead of just 1 stick
3rd, you should get a hard drive and a cheaper ssd for mor combined storage
4 you can get a way better gpu (1660 6gb gpu)

and you can get a way better pc for less
(Amd ryzen 5 1500x 3.5 ghz, 2x8gb ddr4 ram, 1tb hdd with 256 or 240gb ssd, 1660 6gb)
