Im planning to get on of these builds!Which one should I get?

Solution
Assuming you're going to be gaming, then definitely the i5 4570s + R9 270X 2GB + SSD. The reason for this is because single-core performance excels in gaming.

2GB is plenty for resolutions like 1080P. Unless you're going with multi-monitor then go with the other one.

For the hard drive, You can get the SSD and just install the OS and a few games/programs for it. You can add a normal hard drive later on for about 50 dollars for a good reliable 1 TB hard drive.

Your making one mistake get the intel build for sure, DO NOT get the 4570S processor for the same price you should be able to get a 4590 with better performance, for the video card the 2gb version is fine adding more Vram to a mid level card really helps nothing since it lacks the power to push it.
Stick with the hard drive buying a SSD that's small just to have one is a common mistake new builders make, you can add one anytime in the future. Only buy a SSD if you can afford to buy the regular drive at the same time.
OS and programs about the 30gb area and a single AAA game download today can be 30gb.

I think he's getting a prebuilt. He might not have the option to upgrade the processor for the same price. 2GB is plenty if you're at one monitor, 1080P.

It's more easier to get an SSD first, because you're going to already have everything essential to your computer installed on there. You're not going to need to clone your hard drive after that. Also, hard drives are pretty cheap. You can also just plug one in and then you're good to go.

Never assume anything.
And your 100% wrong on the hard drive some people dont now or will no time soon have more to spend on their PC.
It's always better to go ahead and buy a drive with pleanty of room.
Sinilar to you other build that did not work opps does not get it if the guy never comes back and just buys what you listed like you told him to 2 times.

You always have the cloud for documents. Flash drives are a cheap alternative too.

120GB is enough for the OS and a few games.

I've only used about 140GB total with a few games, like CSGO, GTA 5, Don't Starve, and some F2P shooters.

And please, if you're going to denounce me then first work on your spelling and grammar. I may not be the most aware but I'm human after all. Good spot on that.

Well..Im getting pre-build but ssd version also has 2 tb harddrive.

Also I'm going to be playing at 900p since my monitor only supports that. Games Im gonna be playing are probably gta 5 and csgo , maybe recording/streaming csgo.

Okay, so 2GB of VRAM on the 270X should be PLENTY at 900p. If the SSD build has a 2 TB then go for it. Obvs more worth than the other.
