So A few days ago I realized that I was almost out of space on my Hard Drive, So I decided to delete a bunch of steam games that I don't play anymore and had about 260GB when I was done. Now I get back on and it's at 65mb of free space. Then I realized that it was gaining and losing space randomly. I ran a virus scan and it's clean, any suggestions?

You can disable your antivirus tool and see if the issue persists. In case it does, you can enable it again and use some disk analyzing tool like the one in the following tutorial: http://www.howtogeek.com/125923/7-ways-to-free-up-hard-disk-space-on-windows/
Also, you can try the other things listed over there in order to free up some space like: run disk clean up, delete temp files, delete previous restore points and reduce the space allocated for system restore, etc.
