I'm renting a server from BFG to host

Hi, I'm going to rent a server from BFG to host, any comments/advice would
be welcome.
My question is... for those of you who had to privlige of been an admin, do
you prefer the plugin Admin mod or AMX mod? And if you happen to know,
which one of this 2 plug in enables Bhop?
