I'm running an Intel Core i7 2670QM In my Laptop and want to upgrade it to a higher/better CPU. What would be a good suitable upgrade and cost isn't an issue either. As I will be upgrading the CPU and Graphics Card hopefully.

Not viable since you have about as good as it gets, easier and cheaper to upgrade laptop!

Erm... don't quote me on this but I have very high doubts you can change the CPU on your laptop. At least I haven't seen one that could.

In general all you can upgrade is add more RAM, change the Hard Drive/add SSD and only on some custom build models upgrade the GPU.

If the cost isn't an issue you would be better off buying a whole new laptop instead.

So there ain't a better processor my laptop can take as really want better specs and i really like this laptop xD.

Is the CPU fixed to the mobo? It has a GT540M GPU in it at the moment..

If you look in here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Core_i7_microprocessors there is nothing worth the hassle, Better to go with a newer tech laptop with way better GPU as well!

It may fit but there may be BIOS issue with your laptop supporting it, best place to check is with the manufacturer of it. I recommend against it since it is going to be more expensive than just selling the current one and buy a new one.

OK. What better graphics card can i stick in it then instead of upgrading the CPU. I have fitted a 1TB SSD and it flies but want a better gpu.

Do not know, you may have issues with cooling and they are not in retail so you may have to talk to the manufacturer again, ones more better to upgrade the whole thing!
